A roll-up garage door is ideal for easy-access storage, especially for larger items that need a wide lockable opening. The package also includes a solid walk-in door, one 2x3ft single-pane window, 12in On-Center floor joists, and a diamond plate door threshold. The Utility version includes 8ft walls.
Shelter large lawn equipment and similar large equipment, or for use as a workshop. However, please be advised IBC (International Building Code) dictates that our Garage Package sheds are not intended for use as a private garage to store motor vehicles because they do not have a non-combustible floor. You may also want to consider additional flooring thickness upgrades to increase the total load and point load limits if you plan to store larger and heavier items like riding lawnmowers.
