The Playhouse package is an easy add-on if you’re looking to give your barn or shed some country style and a place to sit in the shade. It includes a 9-Lite House Door, 4ft of porch, two porch posts, and three 2x3ft single-pane windows.
The Lofted Barn option includes loft decking above the porch area for added storage while the Utility Shed option includes 8ft walls, creating added vertical space for shelves or other types of storage.

Vaulted Gable Option
The Playhouse package is an easy add-on if you’re looking to give your barn or shed some country style and a place to sit in the shade. It includes a 9-lite walk-in door, 4ft of porch, two porch posts, and three 2x3ft single-pane windows. The Utility version includes 8ft walls. As an upgrade to the Utility Shed with Playhouse Package, the Vaulted Gable utilizes painted wood posts, beams and a crow’s foot architectural detail to create a full height open front porch.

CONDITIONS
- For painted buildings only
- This package is available only on Utility buildings with a maximum of 60psf snow load
- The Vaulted Gable is only available on buildings up to 12’ wide and has a maximum porch depth of 4’
- This is not available with Vertical Metal siding
